The listings must be published in a widely circulated publication in order for individuals to reclaim their properties before they are liquidated. Since the format of the listings is not prescribed, a densely packed block of text is acceptable and meets all requirements. The Wall Street Journal was chosen as the suitable publication to reach this audience. Overwhelmed by the quality and sheer quantity of information packed into this rigid format, I created a system by which I stripped away as much as I could. These listings became a lesson in how information can be packaged and presented in a manner that is not meant to be translated into knowledge. They became a lesson on what goes unnoticed.
